    1. Out-of-Stock Pre-Order: By placing a pre-order on out-of-stock item(s), it is considered as a special order. We try to replenish out-of-stock items monthly. Estimated wait time is 4-6 weeks.

    2. New Product Pre-Order: By placing a pre-order on a new product launch, you are reserving the selected item(s) in advance, before they become available for general sale. Pre-orders are subject to product availability and are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. The estimated wait time is 4-6weeks. Please note that these dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or production delays beyond our control. We will make every effort to communicate any updates or changes to release dates as soon as they become available.

    3. Pre-Order Fulfillment : We will fulfill pre-orders as soon as the product becomes available and we have received the inventory from the supplier. It is important to note that the estimated release date is not the same as the shipping date. There may be additional time required for processing, packaging, and shipping your pre-order.

    4. Combination of Pre-Order and In-Stock Items: If you place an order that includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will be held until all items are available. If you wish to receive the in-stock items earlier, you will have to place separate orders.

    5. Payment: When placing a pre-order, the full payment for the item(s) is required at the time of purchase. This ensures that your pre-order is reserved and prioritized. Accepted payment methods will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

    6. Order Modifications and Cancellations: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to modify or cancel your pre-order. If you wish to make any changes or cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once the pre-order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

    7. Pre-Order Delays or Cancellations: While we strive to fulfill pre-orders promptly, there may be instances where unexpected delays or cancellations occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as shipment delays. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for resolution, which may include offering an alternative product, a store credit, or a refund.

    8. Partial Shipment Exceptions: While our policy is not to provide split shipments, we do make exceptions for orders exceeding $500 CAD. Don't hesitate to reach out to our support team to discuss possible options.

    9. Shipment Updates: Stay informed about general shipment details by following our social media accounts on Instagram, Threads, and/or Twitter. In the event of unexpected delays, we may also send email notifications. Don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for updates on your order.
