How to Use:
- Apply Moon Top & Cure for 30 seconds. apply
- Rub Chrome / Powder. Be Sure to Dust off any excess powder
- Apply All Clear Gel to secure the Chrome Powders, & Cure for 60 seconds
- Finish with Moon Top, or Choice of Top Coat.
