Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy

At KIOKO NAIL SUPPLY, we strive to provide you with the highest quality nail supplies and a satisfactory shopping experience. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have implemented a No Refunds or Exchanges Policy. Please review the policy details outlined below:

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  2. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OR ERRORS: In the event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if an error occurs on our part, please fill out our Product Quality/Defect Claim within 10 days of receiving your order (date of delivery). We will investigate the issue and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution, which may include providing a replacement or issuing a store credit. Cash Refund will not be provided.

  3. PRODUCT ACCURACY AND DESCRIPTIONS: We strive to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions, including images and specifications, to help you make informed purchasing decisions. However, please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions. We cannot be held responsible for minor variations in colours or other product attributes that do not affect the functionality or performance of the item.


  4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: It is the customer's responsibility to review and double-check the accuracy of their order, including product quantities, colours, and shipping details, before completing the purchase. We will not be held liable for any errors or discrepancies made by the customer during the ordering process. If event where the customer forgets to apply any discount code, or any other errors, only store-credit in a form of e-gift card will be provided. Cash Refund will not be provided.

  5. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES: We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure their safe delivery. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement in such cases. It is recommended to purchase shipping insurance through Navidium Package Protection during checkout to ensure refund via store-credit only/replacement for any lost or damaged packages.
