  1. PROCESSING TIME: Once your order is placed, we will process it within 3-4 business days. Our team works diligently to pack and prepare your items for shipping, ensuring they are carefully handled and secured.

  2. SHIPPING PROCESS: During the checkout process, you will be able to select the shipping method that suits you best. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier chosen. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout, but please note that these are approximate and subject to unforeseen delays due to weather conditions or other external factors.

  3. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION: Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be required upon delivery. If no authorized individual is present to sign, a delivery notification card will be left, and the package will be returned to the nearest collection center for your retrieval. It's essential to verify your delivery information for accuracy, as redirection is not possible once the order has been dispatched. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a re-delivery charge will be incurred.
  4. FREE SHIPPING: We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING to all Canadian & USA Residents with purchases over $250 CAD. No Code Required.


  5. SHIPPING RATES: Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout, giving you full visibility of the charges before finalizing your purchase. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates while ensuring the safe and prompt delivery of your items.

  6. TRACKING INFORMATION: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to track your package's progress and estimated delivery date through the shipping carrier's website or tracking portal. Please note that tracking information may take a short time to become available after your order is shipped.

  7. * INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We currently offer international shipping to select countries with a Pre-Paid Shipping Cost. Pre-Paid Shipping cost means that this is only an estimated cost. If the final cost exceeds the pre-paid amount exceeds more than $5 CAD, we will contact you before we proceed with the shipment. If the cost exceeds less than $5 CAD, we will cover the fee. If you do not receive any contact from us during our processing time frame, no further payment is required. We must receive full shipping fee before we ship any packages. If you fail to provide additional payment, your order may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. Any additional charges incurred during customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential fees before placing an international order.

  8. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES: Once your order is placed, it enters our processing system. Any modifications or changes to the order, including shipping address changes, must be requested as soon as possible contacting our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed and shipped.

  9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please provide all relevant information and any supporting documentation to assist with the claim process.

  10. TAXES & DUTIES: The international shipping fees do not cover any customs taxes or duties that may be imposed by the destination country's customs. Any such duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. KIOKO NAIL SUPPLY holds the right to deduct return costs from the total refund for orders rejected by customs due to unpaid duties and taxes.

  11. SHIPPING INSURANCE: We highly recommend our customers to purchase shipping insurance through the app Navidium Protection Package during checkout. Most often this option will be automatically be placed in your cart where you can choose to keep it in cart, or remove it. This insurance ensures a full replacement or store-credit reimbursement if your package is lost or damaged during transit. Please note that any insurance claims takes several business days to process. We will only re-ship/store-credit refund the order once the claim has been completed successfully. If you chose to opt out, you are accepting the risk and KIOKO NAIL SUPPLY will not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please take note that there are certain products in our shop that are excluded from shipping insurances. All products excluded will be listed in the product description.
