The Shine Drop consists of 12 shimmery liquid art ink colours + 1 Drop Blur. This ink allow artist to create beautiful glittery ink nail art on its own, or blend with the Drop Blur liquid for a more water-colour effect

How to Use :
Shake well before Use. Apply Shine Drop Liquid Ink onto the nails. Use Drop Blur to blend out the Ink. Allow in to air dry completely before securing with Top Coat.
