Then, follow it up with a layer of non-wipe clear gel (or your preferred art liner for adhering chrome powders) and cure it. The magic lies in the fact that this matte coat won't cling to the chrome powders, allowing you to easily dust off any excess or undesired chrome, leaving it only on the areas defined by your art liner and chrome.
