Pre-orders are typically special orders, which means they cannot be changed or refunded once submitted. Availability of items is based on our supplier's stock and is not guaranteed.

Shipping Information:

We do not offer split shipments. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready.

If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for your pre-ordered items. Alternatively, you may reach out to us to discuss potential options for partial shipping.
